30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at businessbridge.agency@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
