Processing Time
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order
How to track my package
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for your tracking to become active. You can also track your order directly through the carrier's website using the number provided.

Import taxes & fees
LuxeIce Beauty ships from our warehouse internationally. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any questions.
Lost or Delayed Packages
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us first — most delays are resolved quickly. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
