Withdrawal and Refund Policy

 

In accordance with applicable European Union consumer law, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty.

 

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

 

To exercise this right, please contact us by email before the 14-day period expires, stating your order number. We will then provide you with the procedure and the return address for the product.

 

Condition of the returned product

 

The product must be returned to us (or to our supplier) in its original packaging, unused, and in a condition that allows it to be resold, having only been handled to the extent necessary to check its nature and characteristics, as you would in a store. If the value of the product is diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary, a proportional deduction may be applied to the refunded amount.

 

Refund terms and timeframe

 

The refund is issued after receipt and inspection of the returned product by our warehouse or our supplier. We undertake to process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product, or of receiving proof of shipment if it reaches us before the parcel, using the same payment method used for the original order.

 

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective/non-conforming product.
